1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The service has not been initiated.

  • There is a service delivery failure from our side.

  • The service provided does not match the agreed scope due to our error.

Once the service has started or work has been initiated, refunds cannot be issued.


2. Digital, Training & Consultation Services

All digital services, training sessions, consultancy, online modules, and customized solutions provided by ManahJagruti Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable after delivery or once access/work has begun.


3. Payment Issues

If you notice any billing errors or unexpected charges:

  • Kindly contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • After review, the issue will be resolved within 7–10 working days.


4. Project / Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the service starts.
Once initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.


5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved (in exceptional eligible cases), it will be processed within
7–14 business days through the original payment method.
