1. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
The service has not been initiated.
There is a service delivery failure from our side.
The service provided does not match the agreed scope due to our error.
Once the service has started or work has been initiated, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Digital, Training & Consultation Services
All digital services, training sessions, consultancy, online modules, and customized solutions provided by ManahJagruti Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable after delivery or once access/work has begun.
3. Payment Issues
If you notice any billing errors or unexpected charges:
Kindly contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After review, the issue will be resolved within 7–10 working days.
4. Project / Service Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted only before the service starts.
Once initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
5. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved (in exceptional eligible cases), it will be processed within
7–14 business days through the original payment method.
